Overall it was reasonably spacious with balcony. The location was unbeatable, right by good restaurants and Meskel square or Piazza.

Really nice building and rooms with balcony. Absolutely perfect and magnificent location to Meskel square or Piazza, clean facilities. So close to the center of the modern Bole district of Addis, shopping areas, bars, restaurants, clubs, and churches and a taxi.

An electric kettle, an electronic key card, and a work desk available in the double room. A huge variety of fresh food for meals. Excellent location in Addis Ababa just off the center of the modern Bole district of Addis, shopping areas, bars, restaurants, clubs, and churches, and churches.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and had a blast. Appreciated the complementary welcome drink and Xmas cookies. Location was perfect for exploring the city. Room was comfortable and clean with a great view. the staff were friendly and always ready to help with any requests. the breakfast had a good variety of choices and the local dishes were delicious.
My experience was marred by the presence of cockroaches in my room. Despite reporting it to reception, it was not dealt with in a timely manner and I had to spend the night feeling uncomfortable.
